Hiệu quả điều trị bệnh lichen xơ teo sinh dục bằng liệu pháp bôi phối hợp corticosteroid và tacrolimus

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị bệnh lichen xơ teo sinh dục bằng bôi phối hợp corticoid và tacrolimus. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm lâm sàng so sánh trước - sau điều trị. Kết quả: Trong tổng số 37 bệnh nhân điều trị có 5,4% mức độ nhẹ, 67,6% mức độ trung bình, 27,0% mức độ nặng. Sau 01 tháng điều trị đạt kết quả rất cao 73% bệnh nhân không còn triệu chứng. Sau 03 tháng hiệu quả trung bình 44,11% và sau 06 tháng là 53,32%. Triệu chứng cơ năng ngứa và bỏng rát cải thiện rất nhanh. Kết luận: Điều trị lichen xơ teo sinh dục bằng phối hợp bôi corticoid trong 01 tháng đầu và tacrolimus trong 5 tháng tiếp theo điều trị lichen xơ teo sinh dục cho hiệu quả trung bình 55,32%.
