Thẩm định bộ câu hỏi GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease - Health Related Quality of Life (GERD-HRQL) phiên bản tiếng Việt

Đặt vấn đề: Trào ngược dạ dày - thực quản (GERD) là một trong những bệnh lý phổ biến liên quan đến các bệnh lý đường tiêu hoá mà có ảnh hưởng lớn đến chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh. Mục tiêu: Dịch thuật, điều chỉnh, đánh giá bộ câu hỏi GERD-HRQL, khảo sát chất lượng cuộc sống (CLCS) và xác định các yếu tố liên quan đến CLCS của BN mắc GERD. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Bộ câu hỏi GERD-HRQL phiên bản tiếng Anh được dịch thuật và điều chỉnh cho ra phiên bản Tiếng Việt theo nguyên tắc thực hành tốt quá trình dịch thuật và điều chỉnh ngôn ngữ. Độ tin cậy của bảng câu hỏi được đánh giá thông qua giá trị Cronbach’s alpha. Kết quả: Bộ câu hỏi GERD-HRQL phiên bản tiếng Việt giữ nguyên cấu trúc của bộ câu hỏi gốc gồm 17 câu hỏi chia thành 3 phần. Thẩm định độ tin cậy của bộ câu hỏi thực hiện trên 30 BN với hệ số Cronbach’s alpha tổng thể là 0,874. Kết luận: Bộ câu hỏi GERD-HRQL phiên bản tiếng Việt có thể được xem là công cụ phù hợp để khảo sát CLCS của BN mắc GERD tại Việt Nam.
