Bệnh cơ tim thể giãn là nguyên nhân phổ biến gây suy tim giai đoạn cuối không hồi phục. Hậu quả bệnh nhân có thể tử vong do các biến chứng của suy tim nếu không được phẫu thuật ghép tim. Trong báo cáo này chúng tôi trình bày một trường hợp lâm sàng bệnh nhân bệnh cơ tim thể giãn, suy tim giai đoạn cuối được tiến hành ghép tim thành công tại Bệnh viện TƯQĐ 108.
