Abstract
Dilated cardiomyopathy is a common cause of end-stage heart failure. As a result, the patient would suffer from complications of heart failure if they do not receive heart transplant. In this case, we present a patient with dilated cardiomyopathy and end-stage heart failure who underwent a successful heart transplant at 108 Military Central Hospital.
