Nghiên cứu hiệu quả và an toàn của phương pháp bôi calcipotriol trong điều trị mụn cóc lòng bàn tay, lòng bàn chân thể sâu

Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu hiệu quả và an toàn của calcipotriol bôi tại chỗ trên bệnh nhân mụn cóc lòng bàn tay, lòng bàn chân thể sâu. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Thử nghiệm lâm sàng tự so sánh trước sau trên 20 bệnh nhân mụn cóc lòng bàn tay, lòng bàn chân thể sâu tại Bệnh viện Da liễu TP. Hồ Chí Minh, bôi calcipotriol 2 lần mỗi ngày trong 8 tuần. Hiệu quả điều trị được đánh giá tại tuần 8. Kết quả: Có sự giảm có khác biệt thống kê về số, kích thước mụn cóc trước và sau điều trị. Tỉ lệ bệnh nhân đạt hiệu quả sau 8 tuần điều trị là 55%, không có khác biệt có ý nghĩa về đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị theo bệnh nhân và bác sĩ. Tất cả bệnh nhân đều cảm thấy hài lòng/rất hài lòng với phương pháp điều trị. Tỉ lệ bệnh nhân gặp tác dụng phụ là 25%, đa số chỉ là các tác dụng phụ nhẹ. Kết luận: Calcipotriol có hiệu quả trong điều trị mụn cóc lòng bàn tay, lòng bàn chân thể sâu xét về cả số lượng lẫn kích thước thương tổn, cũng như đây là một phương pháp tương đối an toàn và tất cả bệnh nhân đều cảm thấy hài lòng/rất hài lòng sau điều trị.
