Kết quả chẩn đoán mô bệnh u trung thất bằng sinh thiết xuyên ngực dưới hướng dẫn của chụp CT scan

Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Kết quả sinh thiết xuyên thành ngực dưới hướng dẫn CT nhằm xác định bản chất mô bệnh học và cũng như đánh giá sự an toàn của kỹ thuật. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Hồi cứu từ 05/2018 - 04/2020 tại Bệnh viện Nhân Dân 115 Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả: 50 trường hợp, tuổi trung bình: 21,1. U trung thất trước: 55%. Kích thước u trung bình: 4,2cm. Kích thước: u ≥ 2,5cm khả năng chẩn đoán đạt 92,1%; Nếu chọc trên 2 lần khả năng chẩn đoán chính xác 91,72%. Các tai biến gồm: Tràn khí màng phổi và tụ máu nhu mô phổi: 5%. Kết luận: Sinh thiết xuyên ngực dưới hướng dẫn CT có khả năng chẩn đoán chính xác bản chất mô bệnh. Kỹ thuật có độ nhạy 89%, độ chuyên biệt 100%, giá trị tiên đoán dương 100% và giá trị tiên đoán âm là 88%.
