Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between hs-TnT, NT-proBNP, hs-CRP and some of cardiovascular events on the patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction that had been primary angioplasty in myocardial infarction trials. Subject and method: The study was conducted on 162 patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction from 6/2015 to 6/2018. Cross-sectional descriptive study, horizontal follow. Result: Research conducted on 162 patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction: hs-TnT, NT-proBNP, hs-CRP, TIMI and GRACE were difference between cardiovascular events group and non-cardiovascular events group, hs-TnT 447.0ng/L, NT-proBNP 1840.0pmol/L, hs-CRP 7.025mg/L, GRACE 142.5 points, TIMI 4.5 points were high valuable in the prognosis of cardiovascular events. Conclusion: hs-TnT, NT-proBNP, hs-CRP, TIMI and GRACE are valuable in the prognosis of cardiovascular events.
