Nghiên cứu sự thay đổi nồng độ một số cytokin trước và sau điều trị bệnh vảy nến thông thường bằng chiếu UVB-311nm kết hợp uống methotrexate liều thấp

Abstract

Summary

Objective: To determine changes in levels of cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-17, INF-α, TNF-α and GM-CSF of patients with psoriasis vulgaris before and after treatment with UVB-311nm projection plus low dose of methotrexate (MTX) (7.5mg/week). Subject and method: 35 in-patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated at Department of Allergic Dermatology - 108 Military Central Hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 quantified concentration of cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL -8, IL-10, IL-17, INF-α, TNF-α and GM-CSF in serum before and after treatment with UVB-311nm projection combined with low doses of MTX. Result: The concentration of cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IL-10, IL-17, INF-α, TNF-α and GM-CSF before and after treatment was not statistically significant with p>0.05, but IL-6 after treatment was significantly reduced, with p<0.001. Conclusion: After 4 weeks of treatment by UVB-311nm projection plus low doses of MTX (7.5mg/ week), the concentrations of IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IL-10, IL-17, INF-γ, TNF-α and GM-CSF have not changed, but the concentration of IL-6 after treatment has decreased significantly.
