Abstract
Supralevator abscess is rare, and often due to primary anal disease. Supralevator that is originating in other causes like: Perforated diverticulitis is extremely rare and has different principles of treatment. We report a case of perforated sigmoid colon diverticulitis presented by a supralevator abscess with spontaneous drainage into rectum, and review in the literature about this disease.
