Abstract

The valve-sparing David procedure is a good choice for patients with aortic root disease with the advantage of avoiding anticoagulant therapy. This was a report on a series of cases undergoing David procedure in Hanoi Heart Hospital, with positive result. Some discussions on indication and technique of David procedure were given
