Abstract

Objective: To describe acquired color vision deficiency in patients with primary glaucoma. Subject and method: The study was conducted on 67 eyes of 52 patients with primary glaucoma who was treated at Ophthalmology Department, Thai Nguyen National Hospital. Cross-sectional descriptive study. Result: 53/67 eyes had color vision defects and seen in all stages of glaucoma, blue-yellow axis disordered was the highest prevalence with 70.1%. Conclusion: We found a high prevalence of acquired color vision deficiency in our cohort of patients with glaucoma, blue-yellow axis disordered is the highest prevalence.
