Abstract

Adenocarcinoma arising at stoma sites is very rare, the pathology of this disease is unclear and there have only been described in the literature by some case reports. We describe a case of adenocarcinoma arising at an ileostomy site in patient with previous rectal cancer and colorectal polyposis.
