Mục tiêu: Xác định tỷ lệ NAFLD và các yếu tố liên quan ở bệnh nhân ≥ 60 tuổi. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 404 bệnh nhân ≥ 60 tuổi đến khám tại phòng khám cán bộ cấp cao, Bệnh viện Quân Y 175 từ tháng 08/2024 đến tháng 06/2025. NAFLD được xác định trên siêu âm. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình nhóm nghiên cứu là 70,1 ± 6,7; nam giới chiếm 74%. Tỷ lệ NAFLD được chẩn đoán trên siêu âm là 59,9%, chủ yếu mức độ nhẹ và trung bình. Phân tích đa biến cho thấy béo phì, béo trung tâm, tăng triglyceride và đề kháng insulin là các yếu tố liên quan độc lập với nguy cơ NAFLD. Các yếu tố như tuổi, giới, tăng huyết áp và rối loạn glucose máu không còn ý nghĩa sau hiệu chỉnh. Kết luận: NAFLD là tình trạng phổ biến ở người cao tuổi và có mối liên quan độc lập với béo phì, béo trung tâm, tăng triglyceride và đề kháng insulin. Các phát hiện bước đầu ủng hộ xem xét kiểm soát cân nặng, vòng eo và lipid máu như những mục tiêu tiềm năng cho dự phòng NAFLD ở người cao tuổi.
