The study of some of factors associated on the outcome of acute ischemic stroke of the elderly

Abstract
Objective: To investigate some of the factors associated with the outcome of acute ischemic stroke of elderly. Subject and method: Cross-sectional descriptive study, longitudinal study. The study on 308 acute ischemic stroke patients from ≥ 60 years old was treated at the Phu Tho Hospital. Result and conclusion: History of the patients was inscribed: Stroke, fibrillation atrial, angio-cardiopathy, TIAs and the patients have more risk are independent predictors of the outcome of stroke and death in the elderly.
