Abstract

Objective: Report a case study of JJ stent fracture in three after ureteral stones by ureteroscopy six years ago, causing bladder stones and urologic infection. Subject and method: A case-report study was performed on a patient with ureteroscopy combined with open surgery for JJ stent removel was successfully. Result: The cause is that the patient forgot the stent JJ ​​after ureteroscopy for six years. The diagnosis was determined: KUB X-ray and CT scan. The patient was managed with ureteroscopy combined with open surgery for JJ stent removed and discharged seven days later. Conclusion: Forget about JJ stent is rare and cause many complications. Ureteroscopy with or without gravel support is a less invasive and effective method for management of complications, sometimes combined with open surgery.
