Assessment of quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention at 108 Military Central Hospital

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention for Senior Staff at the 108 Military Central Hospital. Subject and method: 143 outpatients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. All patients assess the quality of life by the EuroQol five-dimensional questionnaire (EQ-5D-5L). Result: Average age (68.95 ± 9.03), men (96.5%). The rate of patients with hypertension was 96% and diabetes was 40%. Patients with coronary stents for more than 12 months (85.7%); intervention: 1 stent had 64 patients (44.7%). Evaluation of the quality of life according to questionnaire EQ-5D-5L, average score was 0.78 ± 0.15; the EQ-5D-5L questionnaire had a positive correlation with the number of stents placed for the patient with r was 0.52, p<0.05. Conclusion: The EQ-5D-5L questionnaire is meaningful in assessing the the quality of life of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention, so it should be regularly evaluated in clinical practice.
