Abstract
Summary
Stevens-Johnson (SJS)/Lyell's syndrome (TEN - Toxic epidermal necrolysis) is a reaction of the skin and mucous membranes, which threatens the lives of patients. Early diagnosis, proper care and treatment plan helps to reduce mortality and complications. We report a patient, who has carbamazepine allergies, typical skin and mucosal lesions, is diagnosed with Steven-Johnsons syndrome and has an appropriate nutrition care plan, after 10 days of treatment is fine, no sequelae.
