Abstract

Objective: To assess the quality of nursing work life in clinical departments at 175 Military Hospital in 2020 and analyse its relating factors. Subject and method: This cross-sectional study was conducted from March to July of 2020. Result: The mean score of quality of nursing work life in this study was 183.02 ± 19.84 that was at the level of average high. There were statistically significant associations between the quality of nursing work life and the following factors such as clinical departments, years of work, working time per week, age of the second child, the responsibility of caring for elder parents, additional shifts, and current work position. Conclusion: The levels of nursing work-life quality in 175 Military Hospital were at average high level. Quality of work-life effects on attracting and keeping staff staying with the organisation, so that hospital administrator should consider these factors better.
