Tóm tắt
Phẫu thuật David với mục đích bảo tồn van động mạch chủ trên bệnh nhân có bệnh lý gốc động mạch chủ là một phẫu thuật ngày càng được áp dụng rộng rãi với ưu điểm tránh được việc phải dùng thuốc chống đông lâu dài. Chúng tôi báo cáo một loạt ca bệnh đã được phẫu thuật David tại Bệnh viện Tim Hà Nội với kết quả ban đầu rất khả quan, qua đó nêu ra một số bàn luận về chỉ định cũng như kĩ thuật của phẫu thuật David.
