Tóm tắt
Khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai cũ là một biến chứng ít gặp sau mổ lấy thai. Bệnh lý này thường gây ra xuất huyết âm đạo bất thường, ứ dịch tại sẹo mổ cũ, thống kinh, ít gặp hơn nữa là gây vô sinh thứ phát. Trong thực hành, chúng tôi gặp 2 trường hợp khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai cũ bị vô sinh thứ phát đã được điều trị, nhưng còn nhiều vấn đề chưa rõ ràng về cơ chế khuyết sẹo sau mổ lấy thai và vô sinh thứ phát, cũng như phương hướng điều trị cho nhóm bệnh nhân này. Chúng tôi tìm hiểu lại tổng quan y văn về các vấn đề liên quan trên, nhằm nâng cao hiểu biết sâu hơn về vấn đề này.
