Viêm ruột lupus là một biểu hiện hiếm gặp của bệnh lupus ban đỏ hệ thống. Chẩn đoán tình trạng bệnh lý này thường gặp khó khăn, đặc biệt trong các trường hợp thiếu vắng các triệu chứng lâm sàng liên quan của bệnh lupus ban đỏ hệ thống thể hoạt động. Chúng tôi trình bày một số trường hợp lâm sàng được chẩn đoán viêm ruột lupus dựa trên các dấu hiệu lâm sàng, khám xét hình ảnh và xét nghiệm miễn dịch. Các bệnh nhân này đều đáp ứng tốt với điều trị corticoid toàn thân.
