Abstract

We report a case of a rare autoimmune hemolytic anemia which was successfully treated at 108 Military Central Hospital. A 63-year-old male patient diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia complicated by multi-organ dysfunction. The patient was treated with high-dose corticosteroids, immunoglobulin, continuous renal replacement therapy, plasma exchange, the patient responsed to treatment after 13 days. The patient then recovered completely without any sequale.
