Abstract
Bullous pemphigoid is an autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease, chronic progression and occurs primarily skin, mucosal invovelment is not frequent. This condition is more common in the elderly with a male and female ratio of 1:1. Drug-associative bullous pemphigoid (DABP) is a term used to describe instances of bullous pemphigoid demonstrating clinical, histological, or immunopathological features identical or similar to those of the idiopathic form of bullous pemphigoid, related to the systemic ingestion, or topical application. We report a case of a female patient with acute and multiform lesions: Erythema, vesicles, bullous, and fever after taking an antihypertensive drug containing telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide. Basing on clinical features, histopathology and direct immunofluorescence we confirmed the diagnosis
