Abstract

Objective: To summarize some experimental organ transplant results at Vietnam Military Medical University. Subject and method: Experimental organ transplant studies: Heart, pancreas, kidney and lung transplantation, conducted in the period of 2010 - 2020 at the Department of Practical and Experimental Surgery. Method of retrospective, summarizing some results according to the subject evaluation criteria has been adopted. Result: The survival rate after transplantation was high (≥ 75%). International publication results: Heart transplant: Washing through the vena cava was better with the aorta. Pancreas - kidney transplant: Successfully build many models of pancreatic transplantation, pancreatic transplantation with reversible blood vessels. Lung transplant: Constructing many transplant models, including regeneration of trachea from skin flap and cartilage itself. Multi-organs transfusion washes were a new model, resulting in well preserved organs through visual and pathological anatomy. Conclusion: Experimental organ transplantation is important to the success of human organs transplantation.
