Nghiên cứu thực trạng chi phí khám bệnh và điều trị ngoại trú cho bệnh nhân bảo hiểm y tế tại Bệnh viện Quân y 121 từ tháng 7/2020 đến tháng 3/2021

Abstract

Objective: To determine the costs of examination and treatment for outpatients by health insurance, serve as the basis for determining the indicators that need to be adjusted for the settlement payment according to the capitation method to be applied. Subject and method: Data reports in examination and treatment costs for outpatients by health insurance at 121 Military Hospital in the period from July 2020 to March 2021. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study. Result and conclusion: Determining the basic indicators of outpatient health insurance settlement (Average costs, subclinical costs, drug costs, age-group costs). Average costs/time was 174,985.89 ± 16,873.69. Cost ratio for subclinical was 16.01%. Groups 4 and 5 had high costs (174,743.32 (99.86%) and 195,712.09 (111.84%). Drug costs/time was 111,213.48 ± 16,046.95 (63.56%). Cost ratio for drug in groups 4 and 5 were 64.32% and 70.47%.
