Evaluate the results of pustular psoriasis treatment with acitretin

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the results of pustular psoriasis treatment with acitretin. Subject and method: Clinical trials comparing before and after treatment, 30 patients with pustular psoriasis treated at the National Hospital of Dermatology and Venereology and Department of Dermatology and Allergy, 108 Military Central Hospital, from March 2017 to December 2018. Result: 86.67% of patients with good results. Urea, triglycerid, GOT, GPT increased after treatment, but no patient had to stop the drug. Unwanted effects: 100% of patients with cheilitis, 96.7% dry skin, scaly skin. Conclusion: Acitretin is effective in treating pustular psoriasis.
