Abstract
The value of perfusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in acute ischemic stroke is illustrated by an acute ischemic stroke case which were scanned with taken from perfusion magnetic resonance at Department of Diagnostic Imaging of 108 Military Central Hospital. We have reported an acute ischemic stroke case in terms of clinical, subclinical features and characteristic of perfusion MRI and the treatment outcomes. Perfusion MRI contributing an important implications for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke, thanks to the assessment of the resilient of damaged brain tissue, which is helpful in the treatment and prognosis for patients
