Abstract
Overview: Transplant nephrectomy is indicated in cases of early/late graft-loss, or preparing for next transplant surgery. Patients presentation: Present the information of 2 kidney-transplant patients with late graft loss who treated by allograft nephrectomy in 108 Military Central Hospital. We also refer other prior studies, in order to archive initial experience. Conclusion: There are some early or late graft’s conditions leading to nephrectomy. The transplant nephrectomy’s technique is difficult with high risk of severe surgical complications.
