Abstract
Porokeratosis is a rare disease of the proliferation of keratinocytes, acquired or inherited in which disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) is the most common type. The treatment methods include topical pharmacologic therapy (such as vitamin D3, retinoid, fluorouracil, imiquimod), laser therapy, photodynamic therapy and oral retinoid drugs with severe cases. We report a patient with disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) treated by blunt currettage to remove all lesions. The patient recovered completely and no recurrence was observed during two-year follow-up.
