Abstract
Bilateral chylothorax post neck lymphadenectomy on thyroid carcinoma is a severve and rare complication. It is a life - threatening due to disorders of respiratory, metabolism and immune, but it is omitted easily because of unclear initial signs. We report the case of bileteral chylothorax post neck lymphadenectomy for thyroid carcinoma with conservative management successfully.
