Abstract

Summary

Objective: To observe some relations between clinical features and HER2 (+) breast cancer molecular subtypes. Subject and method: 153 HER2 (+) breast cancer patients were classified as subtypes by IHC stain and evaluating relations to clinical features. Result: HER2 subtypes often shows the poor clinical factors in high evidences such as large tumor size (more 5cm: 6.1%), up to 3 positive nodes (22.3%), high-risk group (22.2%) or stage III (27.3%). Conclusion: HER2 subtype is often associated in worse clinical factors than LUMA-HER2 hybrid and LUMB-HER2 hybrid subtypes.
