Abstract

Objective: To evaluated the outcomes of intracranial aneurysmal microsurgery at Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital. Subject and method:  A prospective study of 42 patients with cerebral aneurysms who underwent surgery at Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital from January 2023 to June 2025. Result: WFNS clinical grade 1-3: 59.5%, WFNS clinical grade 4-5: 40.5%, ruptured aneurysms: 87.1%, Aneurysm locations: M1 and ICA (33.3%), the ACoA (28.6%), Fisher grade 4: 54.8%, Good outcomes (mRS 0-2): 66.7%. Conclusion: Microsurgery for cerebral aneurysms is an effective and safe treatment method that has been routinely performed despite challenges at Quang Ninh Provincial General Hospital.
