Abstract

Heart transplation is potential treatment option, improving the prognosis and clinical outcomes for patients with end-stage heart failure. However, there are many factors affecting the survival rate of patients after heart transplantation, the two main aspects of which are rejection and the side effects of immunosuppressive therapy are always major challenges in postoperative management. This report will present the post-transplant characteristics of clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and anti-rejection treatment in the first patient with end-stage heart failure who will present the post-transplant characteristics of clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and anti-rejection treatment in the first patient with end-stage heart failure who successfully underwent heart transplantation at 108 Military Central Hospital.
