Abstract
Organ transplantation is an advanced and specialized technique that is developing in Vietnam as well as around the world. Spain and Korea have developed organ transplantation systems, leading in the rate of organ donation per million population, having a professional and effective model for organ donation and transplantation. 108 Military Central Hospital has learned and applied these models in order to construct the Human Organ and Tissue Transplantation Center. This model could be applied in other medical facilities and will continue to be developed in the future.
