Abstract
Nowadays, people's life expectancy is increasing, but people living to 100 years old are not many, 109 years old is even rarer. Elderly people often have reduced organ function in the body so anesthesia and surgery for the elderly often face many risks. Choosing an appropriate method of anesthesia to minimize complications while still ensuring surgery, and help the patient back to normal life soon is the goal of anesthesiologists. Case report: Selective spinal anesthesia combined bupivacain heavy: 3.5mg and fentanyl: 20mcg with epidural for femoral neck osteotomy in a 109-years-old patient.
