Case report: Ruptured developmental venous anomaly caused intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Developmental venous anomalies (DVAs) are the most common slow-flow venous malformations of the brain. Most DVAs are benign and rarely have pathological manifestations. DVAs can vary significantly in size, location, and vascular structure, and imaging evaluation of symptomatic venous anomalies requires a systematic approach. In this report, we present a clinical case of ruptured developmental venous anomaly caused intracerebral hemorrhage, which is a relatively uncommon case of symptomatic DVAs.
