Depression, anxiety, stress and its related factors among nurses at the Vinmec Healthcare System in 2022

Abstract
Objective: To determine the level of depression, anxiety, stress, and its related factors among nurses at the Vinmec Healthcare System in 2022. Subject and method: A cross-sectional study was used to collect a sample of 319 nurses who worked at the Vinmec healthcare system from 12/2021-8/2022 using the DASS-21 questionnaire. Result: The prevalence of depression, anxiety, and stress were 46.39%, 27.59% and 12.54%, respectively. Almost all of them were at mild or moderate level. Additionally, surgical nurses (Md = 6, n = 22) had higher level of stress than ICU nurses (Md = 3, n = 110). Regarding the level of anxiety (MdFemale = 2, MdMale = 1) and depression (MdFemale = 4, MdMale = 2), female nurse suffered from more than male, p<0.05. Conclusion: It is necessary to control risk factors for depression, anxiety, and stress among nurses to provide them with appropriate support.
