Abstract

Objective: Survey of clinical features and factors associated with psoriasis. Subject and method: 130 patients were included confirmed diagnosis of psoriasis treated at Psoriasis clinic - National Hospital of Dermatology from January - December 2018. Result and conclusion: A number of relating factors: The most common age 50 - 59 accounted for 25.38%, 59.99% from 40 - 69. Men affected 61.15%. Stress met 38.46%, psoriasis occurred from October to December 42.36%, psoriatic family history of 12.32%, the most common comorbidity disease: hyperlipidemia 16.92%; hypertension 16.92%, diabetes 9.25%. Some clinical characteristics: Onset position of the head accounted for 72.31%, current position of psoriasis patient in body was 91.54%, the moderate accounted for 10.77%, severe 36.15% and mild 53.08%.
