Phân tích danh mục thuốc sử dụng tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Sơn Tây- Thành phố Hà Nội năm 2021

Abstract

Objectives: To analyze the structure of the drug list used at Son Tay General Hospital, Ha Noi in 2021 and analyze the drug list according to ABC, VEN classification. Subject and method: Using retrospective research method to analyze the hospital drug formulary from 1^st January 2021 to 31^th December 2021. Result: The hospital drugs formulary in 2021 included 333 items, mainly chemical drugs (96.41% of number, 99.68% of value), includes 22 groups of effects, the group of drugs to treat parasites, anti-infectives accounted for the largest proportion (21.18% of number, 50.98% of value); imported drugs were higher than domestically produced drugs; multi-component drugs and drugs used by injection or infusion also accounted for a high proportion. In ABC analysis: The ratio of number in groups A, B, C were relatively consistent with the recommendations. In group A, the group of anti-parasitic and anti-infective drugs still accounted for the largest proportion (50.0% in number, 60.47% in value). In VEN analysis: N drugs still accounted for a high proportion. In the ABC/VEN matrix, group I drugs only accounted for 31.53% of number but accounted for 83.97% in value. In group I, subgroup AN accounted for 5.44% and consisted of only 3 drugs. Conclusion: The study has analyzed the drug list used at Son Tay General Hospital - Hanoi in 2021, showing that the number and the ratio of drug groups is consistent with the hospital's disease model. Through this, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on DMT use has been assessed, and some remaining inadequacies have been pointed out, thereby providing a basis for the Hospital Medicine and Treatment Council to had plan to build drugs list for bidding for next year.
