Survey on compliance rate of using surgical antibiotic prophylasix at 108 Military Central Hospital in 2022

Abstract
Objective: Survey on compliance rate of antibiotic prophylaxis adherence in clean and contaminated surgeries at 108 Military Central Hospital. Subject and method: Prospective study in 16,558 patients with prophylaxis antibiotic and without antibiotic during operation from Jan. 2022 to Dec. 2022 at 108 Military Central Hospital. Result: The proportion of prophylaxis antibiotic was 81.85%, the rate of right antibiotic was 90.67%, the average time of antibiotic administration from skin incision time point was 37 ± 08 minutes, the adherence of the prolongation of antibiotic was 92.62%, the adherence of the change from prophylaxis to treatment antibiotic was 87.46%. Conclusion: A high rate of compliance of antibiotic prophylaxis adherence in surgeries at 108 Military Central Hospital will reduce at the rate of surgical wound infections to low lever, reduce the rick of mutidrug resistant, reducing complications helps to promote the safeness, effectiveness and economy for patients.
