Abstract

Objective: 1) To examine the level of burnout among nurses in Vinmec Healthcare System in 2022;
2) To investigate the predicting factors of burnout in nurses. Subject and method: A cross-sectional study were applied in this study; we were recruited 400 nurses in Vinmec Healthcare system. Demographic data questionnaire, the Maslach Burnout Inventory for Medical Personnel questionnaire, and intention to leave were used in this study. We used descriptive statistics, and multiple regresstion to investigate the relationship between burnout and its related factors. Result: The mean score of 3 subscales of burnout were 1.93, 0.72, and 4.94, respectively. In addition, position and intention to leave were independently predicted to burnout in nurses. Conclusion: The result showed the level of burnout, then provide some intervention program for reducing the level of burnout in nurses.
