Results of biliary stones surgery patient care with Kehr drainage

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the results of biliary stone surgery patient care with Kehr drainage. Subject and method: A descriptive, cross-sectional study. The patients underwent surgery to treat gallstones with Kehr drainage at the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery, 108 Military Central Hospital from January 2022 to August 2022. Result: There were 98 patients with an average age of 58.4 years old, the male/female sex ratio was 1.80, patients undergoing open surgery accounted for 63.65%, and surgical wound infection complication rate of 12.24%. Complications at Kehr drainage rate was 9.18%, the average postoperative pain time was 2.3 days, the average hospital stay after surgery was 7.94 days, and the good results of biliary stones surgery patients care with Kehr drainage was 80.61%. Conclusion: Caring for gallstone surgery patients with Kehr drainage has good results low complication rate.
