Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the adherence of antibiotic prophylaxis in clean and clean-contaminated surgeries in 108 Military Central Hospital. Subject and method: A prospective study on 3757 scheduled operated patients with antibiotic prophylaxis from March to June, 2020. Result: The proportion of antibiotic prophylaxis was 65.93%, the rate of adherence of time and dose was 100%, the percentage of good antibiotic selection was 88.9%, the rate of antibiotic strategy change was 77.78%, the proportion of surgical site infection after antibiotic prophylaxis was 0.95%. Conclusion: The adherence of antibiotic prophylaxis recommendation in clean and clean-contaminated surgeries is effective, safe and economic
