Subject and method: A descriptive, retrospective, and prospective study of 94 kidney transplant patients at 108 Military Central Hospital from December 2016 to June 2022. Patients are monitored periodically every month, collecting clinical and subclinical indicators and the patient's infection status. Data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software.  Result: Factors associated with kidney transplant dysfunction were: Pre-transplant treatment (OR: 1.144; 95% CI: 0.257-5.099; p=0.004), viral infection (OR: 3.778, 95% CI: 0.691-20,604, p=0.001), bacterial infection (OR: 1.011, 95% CI: 0.893-1.145, p=0.04).
