Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus: A case report

Abstract
Bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (BSLE) is a rare subcutaneous blistering disease with autoimmune antibodies. The disease is characterized by vesicles and blisters appear acutely on the background of systemic lupus erythematosus, rarely the first manifestation of the disease. We clinically announce a case of female patients with acute and multiform onset skin lesions: Erythema, edema, vesicles, blisters, accompanied by fever, myalgia, arthraegia, fatigue. Clinical characteristics combining histopathological testing and direct fluorescent immunity and antibodies in the serum help diagnose the disease. Systemic Corticoids combine Methotrexate for good disease control.
