Evaluating the results of follow-up care after lung transplant surgery experimeents on pigs at 108 Military Central Hospital in 2016

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of post-lung transplantation treatment and some related factors of the experimental pigs. Subject and method: Retrospective cohort. Research sample was selected by all - size sampling, selecting the testing pigs to be subject to lung transplantation at Experimental medicine Department, 108 Military Central Hospital from February 2016 to December 2016. Result: 20% and 80% of female and male pigs, weights of 39 to 40kg was about 46.7%. And 93.3% of pre-surgery breeding pigs, 100% pigs were test before surgery. Measured vital sign at interval of 6-12 hour was 66.7%. Rate of post-surgery early movement at interval of 6 - 12 hour was 60%. Most of 93.3% was free from distended abdomen upon surgery. Bleeding of incision was 73.3%. Changing the dressing at less than 24 hour was 60%. And 60% pleural drainage was measured. Conclusion: Development of standard procedure on animal pre-surgery and post-surgery preparation is extremely essential for the experimental surgery.
