Abstract
Objective: To research and investigation of database, operation process for developing the management software for Journal of 108 - Clinical Medicine and Pharmacy. Providing a professional journal management environment for editorial office. Subject and method: Research on the processes of publishing management, database design, language programming to build software. Result: The standard procedure and journal management and publishing software applied to the Journal of 108 - Clinical Medicine and Pharmacy with full features, utilities was successfully built. Conclusion: Digitizing the scientific journal publishing process and online administration is to meet the needs and trends of standard journal operating standards and formats. This software was successfully built initially to help Journal of 108 - Clinical Medicine and Pharmacy get closer to international standard. Software received high satisfaction (64% - 92%) of users in various role after duration of 3 months using.
