Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the surgical results of patients with immediate dental implants at 108 Military Central Hospital. Subject and method: From 2015 to 2021, 85 patients were treated with immediate implant placement after tooth extraction. Result: 67% torque force was a range of 35 - 45N/Cm2, bone grafting rate was 30.4%. Fixed temporary restorations on anterior teeth accounted for 75.0%, while healing abutments on molar accounted for 100%; light pain was 69%, healing time 3 - 4 month healing time was 65.2%; ISQ values have differences with bone grafting, bone density, healing time (p<0.05). Conclusion: The torque force is a decisive factor for oseointegration. Bone grafting when the gap between the alveolar wall and the implant is larger than 2mm. Temporary restorations with anterior teeth and only using healing abutments with molars. Only restorations when the ISQ value was above 65.
