Nghiên cứu tiền sử viêm nhiễm đường sinh dục và một số yếu tố liên quan đến chửa ngoài tử cung tái phát tại Bệnh viện Phụ sản Hà Nội năm 2019

Abstract

Objective: To comment the association between recurrent ectopic pregnancy and history of genital infections and some factors at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 2019. Subject and method: Our cross-sectional study selected 178 patients with recurrent ectopic pregnancy within fallopian tube, being treated at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2019. Result: The incidence of recurrent ectopic pregnancy was 6.78%. History of lower genital tract infections took up 44.4%, history of pelvic infections diseases was 3.4%. 57.9 percent of patients had prior induced abortion, 13.5 percent were using intrauterine device and 11.8 percent were taking oral contraceptives. The proportion of patients having prior pelvic surgery was 34.8%. Conclusion: History of genital infections, induced abortion, using intrauterine device or taking oral contraceptives and pelvic surgery were common in patients with recurrent ectopic pregnancy treated at Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 2019.
