Tóm tắt
Tổn thương phổi cấp do truyền máu (TRALI) là một biến chứng nguy hiểm trong truyền máu, do hiếm gặp nên thường bị bỏ sót trong thực hành lâm sàng. Chẩn đoán TRALI chủ yếu dựa vào loại trừ các nguyên nhân gây tổn thương phổi cấp khác. Bệnh cảnh lâm sàng là suy hô hấp tiến triển nhanh sau truyền máu mà không phải nguyên nhân do nhiễm trùng hay do suy tim. Điều trị TRALI bao gồm: Đảm bảo hô hấp, hỗ trợ huyết động, corticosteroid và bảo vệ cơ thể tránh khỏi tình trạng suy đa tạng có thể xảy ra.
